PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to describe the relevant data management conditions arising in connection with the management of personal data necessary for the management of the “Knowledge Transfer and Innovation in Roma Talent Management” project (“Project”) organised by Camp Europe Felsőörs Education Non-profit Limited Liability Company (‘Camp Europe Ltd.’)
- in accordance with the provisions of protection natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EK Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation/GDPR), and
- the CXII. Law from 2011 about the right of informational self-determination and freedom of information.
Purpose of data processing
The processing is necessary for the implementation of the conference and the Project.
Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for data processing is a) point of (1) paragraph from 6. article of the General Data Protection Regulation. Your voluntary consent, which you give at the time of registration with the acceptance of Privacy Policy, shall be granted.
If you do not consent to the processing of the data requested on the online registration page when you apply for the conference, the controller considers that you have not consented to processing of your personal data, the data will not be processed and you won’t attend on the conference.
What and why we are processing?
In connection with your participation on the conference, we process the following personal data:
- your name, birth name, gender
- your institution’s name
- your e-mail address
- any additional information you voluntarily provide in connection with your registration/participation.

Who has access to your data? What organisational and security measures do we use to protect them?
With regard to the data recorded, the controller is Camp Europe Ltd.

Hereinafter referred to as: Data Controller
Involved in the role of the Data Controller and thus authorised employees have access to your personal data.
During the activity, the controller does not transmit the data to another controller, with the exception of requests or seizures in criminal proceedings by an investigating authority, furthermore tax authority, the social security body and the Founder of the Company (the Hungarian State), with the exception of its obligation to provide data to the Ministry of Human Resources, which exercises ownership rights. In the performance of the Data Controller’s activities, the following processor is used: Microsoft Corporation – O365 storage usage.
Please note that photos or videos taken at the online conference may contain your image. These photos and videos are published by Camp Europe Ltd. on the conference’s own website, on its social media page, and
use it exclusively to achieve the objectives of the Project and to promote the activities of Camp Europe Ltd.
Data processing has low-risk, its security is provided by the following IT and security solutions: it is stored in IT system, libraries containing personal data are separately protected, documents received on paper are kept in a closed cabinet.
During the implementation of the online conference, the Data Controller working with a Data Processor: Judit Eszter Szabados, self-employed person. The Date Processor always complies with the legal requirements of processing and processes personal data accordingly.

The interface about the online conference (recordings about the participants, audio, comments) is automatically saved, which is also stored by Camp Europe Ltd. in compliance with the above security rules.
How long will we process your data?
Camp Europe Ltd. processes your personal data after the conference until 5 years, after it, Camp Europe Ltd. will delete the personal data. (The planned end date of the project is 28 February 2021.)
Can you ask for information about processing, request to delete data or restrict their use?
Through the Data Controller you may request information in written about that Camp Europe Ltd.
- what personal data
- on what legal basis, for what purposes,
- from what source,
- for how long processes,
- Camp Europe Ltd. when, for who, under which legislation, for which personal data provided access or to whom has transferred personal data.
You may ask the Data Controller to delete or restrict the usage of the personal data if you consider that the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected or otherwise processed or that you believe that the personal data are unlawfully processed.
Finally, you may request a restriction on the processing even if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data processed, in this case the restriction applies to the period that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data. You can also request a restriction if the processing is unlawful and you object to delete the data and instead you request to use them restricted; furthermore, if the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of data processing, but you require them to submit, enforce or defend legal claims.
You have the right to object the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons relating to your own situation based on legitimate interests. In this case, you may request limitation until it is established whether the Data Controller’s legitimate reasons take precedence over your legitimate reasons.
You can request in written at the contact details provided above that Camp Europe Ltd. correct any of your personal data.
Camp Europe Ltd. will evaluate your application for your rights in a short period but not later than 30 days after receive it and notify you in written (or electronically, if the application has been submitted electronically.)
How do you access information regarding your personal data?
You may ask us for information about the purposes for which we process your personal data, in what way and to request a copy about the information we hold. These requests are granted free of charge, annually and for the first time per data, and then we may charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs.
Your rights of disposal and access can only be granted after prior identification, in order to protect your data. If you require this, please contact us at one of the contact details provided above.
Complaints about the legality of data processing and suggestions for measures related to data processing are accepted at contact details of the Data Protection Officer.
If you believe that our Company has breached the applicable data protection requirements in the processing of your personal data, you may:
- have the opportunity to go to court to protect your data, which will proceed out of turn
